After you sign up for our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, you’ll receive a welcome email or phone call introducing you to Dr. Aboughali. This includes a brief overview of the services offered and what to expect. We'll also share how to access your patient portal where you can book appointments, send messages, and review your health information.

Discovery Visit (30 Minutes)
The next step is to schedule a 30-minute Discovery Visit with Dr. Aboughali. During this initial meeting, you'll discuss your health history, any concerns you have, and what you hope to achieve with your care. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know the practice and ask any questions about the DPC model and how it benefits you.

Annual Physical & Complimentary Bloodwork
Following your Discovery Visit, we’ll schedule your Annual Physical, where we will perform a thorough examination to assess your overall health. As part of this visit, we’ll also schedule complimentary bloodwork to get a baseline of key health markers. This comprehensive approach ensures that you’re on track for long-term wellness and preventive care.
